Identify the leader: Although it is a team effort, it is good to have one „point of contact“ (main organizer) who coordinates communication with us and planning.
Suitable size: For solo groups, the optimal number is between 6 and 12 people, which facilitates logistics (transportation, reservations).
Finances and expectations: Before booking anything, specify budget, travel style (budget or luxury) and expectations.
