Pick up at Kuala Lumpur airport and transfer to hotel Melia Kuala Lumpur 4*. The hotel is located next to Bintang Walk - one of the busiest streets in Kuala Lumpur where you can not only see a huge variety of restaurants, cafes and glitzy shops, but also catch one of the interesting street performances. Nearby is the Chinatown shopping street of Petaling Street, one of the most colourful places in K.L., where stalls are open late into the night and where shopping is a way of life.

Breakfast at the hotel and half day tour of Kuala Lumpur. The tour starts with the unique Bird Park - the largest free-flying bird park in the world, protecting over 200 foreign and native species. Here you can enjoy the show with the clever Ara parrots or take a photo with the amazing-looking rhinoceros bird.
The tour continues with a stop at Merdeka Square - the place where the independence of K.L. was declared on August 31, 1957. Here one can see the most interesting examples of Moghul architecture in the city, such as Jamek Mosque with its 3 domes, courtyard and minarets arranged in a symmetrical composition; Sultan Abdul Samad Building, once housing the administration of the „Federal Malay States” and now the Ministry of Information, Communication and Culture, impressive for its elegant structure and 41-meter clock tower. At the end of the tour, walk around the Petronas Towers - the highest Twin Towers in the world (452m). Free time for lunch and transfer to airport for flight to Phuket Island, Thailand.
The largest island in the country is located in the south of Thailand. Once little known, it is now an attractive tourist destination with magnificent beaches, crystal clear sea and diverse nature. After breakfast at the hotel you will go on a full day excursion by motor boat to Phi Phi Islands„. You will see the world-famous Maya Bay, made popular by the movie “The Beach” with Leonardo DiCaprio. The excursion continues to Phi Phi Don Island, impressive for its majestic limestone cliffs, long sandy beaches and clear emerald waters. During the tour you will also have the opportunity to see the Viking Cave and Monkey Beach, named after the playful macaques that inhabit the surrounding jungle. Bangkok was a small fishing village when in 1782 King Rama I built his palace on the east bank of the Chao Phraya River and gave the city the name „City of Angels”. The growth of the new capital continued along the banks of the Chao Phraya Delta and, as the city was criss-crossed by numerous canals, it was often referred to as the „Venice of the East”. Today, Bangkok is one of the world's largest megacities with a population of more than 10 million and is undoubtedly one of Asia's most exciting cities, combining the exoticism of multiple palaces, the mystique of Buddhist temples and the glamour of modern skyscrapers.
During the tour you will visit the impressive temple complex - Wat Po /Temple of the Reclining Buddha/, as well as the dazzling Grand Palace, a centuries-old residence of Thai kings, where the The Emerald Buddha - the most sacred statue in Thailand. The 66 cm tall Buddha figure is made of a whole piece of jade and is dressed in robes of pure gold. It is considered the protector of the Thai kingdom to this day.

In the evening, an optional cruise on the Chao Phraya River with included dinner and live music. Breakfast and full day excursion with sightseeing Wat Traymit Temple, where the largest golden statue of Buddha in the world is located, 3 metres high and weighing 5.5 tonnes.
The following is a sequel about the biggest and most famous Floating Market of Thailand - Damnoen Sadwaq. Floating markets are typical mainly in Southeast Asian countries and in particular for Thailand. The narrow canals of the city are filled with many small boats offering a variety of exotic fruits and vegetables, flowers, fresh food and a variety of goods and souvenirs. During the excursion you will also visit the unusual market on rails /Maeklong Railway Market/ and you will be amazed at how quickly the traders move their goods, located on the railway line, every time the train passes. Lunch included at a local restaurant. Return to Bangkok in the late afternoon.
